Co-curricular programme

Our co-curricular programme is diverse and taps into esteemed national programmes such as The Duke of Edinburgh programme and the Australian Army Cadets.

Physical activities feature prominently with boarders playing a school sport each term. There is no escaping being a part of our vibrant community and enjoying the challenges and fun of boarding life.

Sports and activities


Students maintain regular access to the Gabba and Suncorp Stadium for Super 15, cricket, AFL and other international fixtures; there is much to look forward to, right on our doorstep.

Recreational activities

A significant focus of our residential community is weekend recreation.
Activities include:

  • Annual Boarders’ Music Festival

  • Fun runs
  • Go carting
  • Excursions to sporting events and theme parks
  • Visits to cultural complex/cinemas/theatres
  • Music festival and social events with students of St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School.
