Regular communication and feedback are delivered through the day-to-day use of the student diaries across Reception to Year 12. The student diary is designed to encourage our young men to develop a high level of self-organisation from their earliest years in the School.
The School's myChurchie parent portal
and personal email contacts are also timely and reliable means for parents and staff to access information about their young men.
Parent-teacher interviews are scheduled regularly throughout the year from Reception to Year 12 for parents and teachers to meet face-to-face and share information regarding the progress and welfare of the young men.
Formal reporting occurs each term whereby the School prepares and forwards, either via traditional mail or email, a reporting document, which features a young man's academic progress and information regarding his wider engagement with the School. Real-time reporting is also available for parents to review their son's progress at any time during the term.
The School's teaching and pastoral staff are readily available to meet with parents who wish to seek feedback regarding their son's progress and welfare.
