COVID-19 virtual delivery reimbursement
In the event that broadscale government imposed travel restrictions prevent in-person attendence, the EI22 Symposium will switch to a virtual format via Zoom. We intend this to be as fulsome an experience as possible. However, we will also issue partial reimbursements of $145 (inc. GST) per delegate.
All cancellations and changes to registrations must be made in writing to [email protected].
Cancellations made by 11 March 2022 will receive a full refund less $100 to cover administration costs. No refunds are available for cancellations received after 11 March 2022 except for when cancellation is necessary due to COVID-19 travel restrictions for individual delegates. Please note that substitute delegates are most welcome with written notification.
Please be aware that a minimum number of registrations must be received for this event to go ahead. In the event that the minimum number is not reached and the event does not proceed, registrants will be advised in due time and registration fees will be refunded in full. In the event of the cancellation of the conference by the event organiser, the registration fee will be refunded in full. In the unlikely event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new conference dates. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact [email protected] to request a transfer of your registration to another delegate at no cost, or request a cancellation and a full refund within 30 days of the notification.
