The benefits of joining Churchie

Churchie staff enjoy generous leave entitlements beyond what is provided for in The Queensland Anglican Schools Enterprise Agreement, including 12 weeks of paid parental leave and up to five days of paid partner leave for eligible staff. Eligible staff also receive portability of long service leave and personal leave entitlements within Anglican Schools in Queensland.
A variety of salary packaging opportunities are available to Churchie staff through Smart Salary.
Eligible staff who join the staff superannuation fund receive 75% of their premiums for Life and TPD insurance within the fund paid by Churchie. They are also provided with salary continuance insurance with Hanover with the premium fully paid by the School.
Eligible staff receive access to a financial advisor who can answer any questions relating to the staff superannuation fund or general financial advice.
Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on tuition fees for each son enrolled at Churchie.

Eligible staff receive priority enrolment at Oaklands Childcare and Kindergarten (subject to current vacancies).
Eligible staff are entitled to additional payments for involvement in the School’s cocurricular and boarding programmes.
